Refund policy

Overview

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery subject to the conditions below. Please note: we do not offer free returns—return shipping and any applicable fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

1) The product includes all components and original packaging in the condition received.

2) Only normal handling is evident—damage due to improper use or careless handling is excluded.

3) For items where hygiene is important, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

4) If the product is defective on arrival, notify us immediately.

5) We may charge shipping costs to the customer where applicable.

6) Returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection; if approved, we confirm acceptance within this period.

*We may refuse returns if items appear used or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.

How to Start a Return

Email hellovisioenquiries@gmail.com with:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if the item is damaged)

• Your full name and return address

We will provide the correct return address. Do not ship to the sender on the parcel label.

Cancellations & Orders In Transit

Our fulfilment is automated and orders are processed shortly after placement. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can return the item after delivery following the instructions above.

Where to Send Returns

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, qualifying refunds are issued to your original payment method. Unless otherwise required by law, we refund the item price excluding original delivery costs and any additional fees (e.g., for premium delivery). Please allow up to 14 days from confirmation to see the refund on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, please initiate a return as above and place a new order for the replacement item.
